Simple Cubase SE Question

I've been using Cubasis for a couple of years now (shhh don't laugh, it works!), which largely meets my needs, but the one thing it is missing is the ability to place effects on the master output. This can cause a problem particularly for me when doing drums as I use multi-outs, but it is then not easy to apply a compressor to the whole lot (Cubasis doesn't support sidechaining either I think).

So, looking at the next step along, does SE support sidechaining and can you apply fx to the master out?
