Elicenser issue (Solved, THANKS! :) )

The GA4 license key is 7 digits off. But I was able to authorize cubase 9 pro and it was also 7 digits off.

I must be doing something wrong. I've tried as admin, I've tried adding zeros (on one thread at cubase) but the licenser wan't 7 more digits for the license key. Either says "your elicenser is too old" or "invalid"

Yeah, I know contact them, this isn't a forum for asking questions but again, the cubase 9 LK was was the same length and that worked, so on the off chance someone knows, thought I'd ask.

EDIT: What I'm reading doesn't make it that clear. They seem to miss this step in the instructions.

they gave me 25 digits, I need 32.

I'm calling MF back and sent in a support ticket.

I think you need to add that to your MySteinberg account, then it will give you the actual activation code to add in eLicenser Control Center...

Interesting. Whenever i bought something in the Steinberg shop, i got a eLicenser activation code delivered. But, maybe you're right.

Yes, you need to register the software with that number at MySteinberg to get an activation code.

The eLicenser doesn't like USB3 ports in cases. Make sure you have the latest eLCC version.
