Is there any official Windows 10 (aero ? ) theme that supports a dark theme for the file explorer and context menus - other then the high contrast theme?

I'm aware of that there's a dark theme available with built 1607. However this theme do not affect the file explorer and context menus.

As far as I know the only way to have a dark file explorer is by applying an un-official (and unreliable) ptach called uxstyle.

After all - colorizing themes is not cutting edge technology. And Microsoft is not a small developer with limited resources.

Yet - as far as I have seen all the themes in their App Store are just about various wallpapers.
