Just got Podium free, and I haven't even started the program yet. I am attempting to watch a tutorial whilst I figure it out, but for some reason the application takes all audio and video away. I have looked through the settings trying to figure it out, but it's really all just mumbo jumbo to me
Basically, Chrome won't have any audio, speakers won't have audio, headphones tested from control panel don't provide sound, and all video playback is halted. It also says "another application is using this device please close" when I attempt to test it. I have no idea how to use this program yet so sound playback through it is not really an option.
Anyone know how to fix this/ if it can be fixed? I'm super new to programs like these, so step by step explaining is required otherwise I'll just be lost in the words! (oh, and everything works fine when program is closed!)
