Sorry, but I don't fully understand. Care to further explain exactly why should they?

Is this something alike the "made with SynthEdit" flag that devs didn't want to get labelled with, because there were so many subpar SynthEdit plugins just consisting of the example building blocks?

Imo, they should, but then maybe people just don't care, hence my question.

Should I have to put "Recorded in REAPER" on every track I sell?

Developers who doesn't mention their dev environment in the database
