MULAB Demo Static sound after inputting purchased key.

Just like the title says. I bought a key for MULAB and put it in the application. However it has still been consistantly making the demo static sound. It said the key was accepted when i inputted it, so I didnt think to write it down. Also not sure where my Secondary key is being sent to, because I just bought it through paypal. Will it be sent to the email that is linked to my paypal? Please help, or did i just pay 80$ for something that works the same free.

When you run MuLab, the splash screen will display the details you supplied when registering if the key was accepted.
One reason it may not have saved properly is that you've extracted MuLab into a protected directory - for example, C:Program Files. Windows does not allow programs to write to that location and MuLab expects to be able to write your user key to disk.
So one thing to try is running from a different directory and see if that helps.
