Ive just started recieving spam AGAIN from Wusik, after not being a customer for over 7 years. It took several angry emails and years to get removed from their mailing list 3 times over 3 years.

This is unacceptable behaviour, and I simply dont accept that this is an accident as they claimed last time. This has happened in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2015, and just now. OMG Wusik get your shit together.

The spam email does not have an unsubscribe link, and you cannot reply to the email address as it bounces.

Wusik is harvesting email addresses and fails to remove people from their spam lists on request.

Im not going to even bother asking Wusik again, its clear they lied about taking me off the list last five times.

Possibly a name and shame here will get their attention.

Edit: Im very uncomfortable about the mental health discussion here. This is completely irrelevant to my post, and I dont think people should be discussing someone elses problems in public. My only problem with Wusik is with spam, and being misled about spam.

Same here. I tried to unsubscribe multiple times ages ago (on emails that actually had a link) and finally seemed to be free. Now somehow I'm back on the list. Got an email from them with no reply address and no way to unsubscribe: in most countries that's illegal. But for Wusik it's just another part of their unethical business practices.

Same. I have received two new emails. I had unsubscribed a long time ago, as I'm very unhappy with the quality of the product I've purchased and don't want to hear about them any longer. Of course there is no way to unsubscribe in these new emails.

I kept getting spam from iZotope all the time, until I set up a filter that deletes all iZotope mails right away.

Positive grid is the same shit. Those devs/companies need to get official judgment cause this is illegal and f**ked up. Spread the word. It us unacceptable when companies do this and if they promote their shit here post this info and block this.

I just don't get Wusik.

They could have lived well off selling Wusik Station 7 as an alternative to Alchemy (since Alchemy is no longer available on Windows).

It is a good Product, With lots of really good soundsets.

So why have they chosen to end up as spammers

I just got a Wusik email in my spam filter, I actually took it out of spam. I really feel for William, I'm disabled with chronic pain that makes me something like bipolar too so I just chalk it up to the fact that he is having a hard time, physically and mentally. I don't know if your email issues with him are his fault or not, and Wusikstation is what it is, it isn't Alchemy though, I reinstalled it recently and am happy with it considering the price and all. It seems anyone getting 'spammed' that can't stop it directly should be able to get it filtered out by your spam filter. I didn't see any way to unsubscribe though from the service he is now using.

Yeah, Wusik Station is... just kind of not there in terms of quality.

Some years ago there was a group buy and I got in on that. I poked around it a bit but was really underwhelmed. Their emails have been gone straight into my spam folder ever since then.
