What am I looking for?

I'd like to get the sounds (samples) of a few of the patches that I used in a Roland JunoDS I recently rented. I don't want the keyboard, but I want to play a few of the sounds on my keyboard controller on Ableton.

Questions:
1) What am I looking for? Is it just a single sample for each patch name, or something else?
2) When using a sample across the 88 keys, does it play the various notes differently than whatever the JunoDS is using, or are they also just using a single sample and changing the pitch across the keys?
