FL Studio Parameter Modulation Question

Hopefully not a stupid question...

Is there a way to give a parameter in a 3rd party vst variability in FL Studio?

I know about making automation but can I assign an LFO with low speed and strength from FL to let's say Repro-1's filter resonance? I think this can be done in Reaper just not sure about FL.

Just double click on automation clip and you'll get LFO.

If all you want is a periodic waveform, you can do that with bog-standard automation clips. If you right-click on a point, you get a whole list of options to choose from. "Wave", "pulse" and "half sine" are probably what you are looking for in most cases.

The manual actually has a picture of an automation clip with a periodic waveform right at the top.
