Who needs names and tags, when you have something going that just drives and does some really interesting things between my ears.

A new side-track from you that has a new sound written all over it. Great percussion happening and overall very melodic.

I'll be the last to put a tag on this, except for one though: GREAT MUSIC

Keep fusing Phil

actually makes me think of 'tortoise - swinging from the gutters' I think it was called.

Mark and glurgle,

thanks a lot for your nice comments

sorry for the bump, but i just wonder why this track doesn't get as much attention as my french songs (the contrary would have been more understandable, i think)?

i thought that an "instrumental & bass kick" track, as it has been "marketed" until now, would get more audience than that.

i'm really glad that undercore, Mark and glurgle enjoyed the track. but what do they think, the 80 other persons who opened this page? :?

just saw this ...

rather than commenting on the piece , per se , i would like to compliment you on the vast strides you have made in your productions ...
when i compare this to some of your earlier attempts i have stored , i am astounded at the difference ... :o

as to the piece ...
it is lyrical , and flowing ...
if you continue to develope this , i would love to hear some leSax playing an alternate melodic motif ...

very good work ... :D

thanks a lot... :)

leSax? maybe, but to tell the truth i'm a bit cold with it, cause it's so difficult to achieve a sax part that sounds alive, even with such a great plugin!

your compliment about my improving production skills are very sweat to hear, first because they come from you, master :hail:

i know what you mean... i've listened to some of my first tunes lately, and i was amazed all the same...

if you don't mind, i'd like to know which are the earlier attempts you've stored...

i bet there is Coeur Volé and Le Bistrot... :D

Wow, what an exceptional day for downloading music here today. :D

Had this on loop a few times cos I wanted to really listen before I commented.
Sounding great here...
Nice production - very clean sounding.

That percussion! :o Really interesting patterns - slightly jazzy till it goes all sort of DnB; great stuff. Very loose as well (as in not robotic) - I like that.

I like those angelic voices as well.

In fact the only thing I don't much like is that theme that comes in at 40 seconds and pops up now and again.
Well, when I say don't like, it does kind of fit, I dunno... :help:

There'll probably be loads of people now telling me how wrong I am and that sound is great etc etc...

thanks a lot for the nice feedback ! :)

the angelic voices are from Angelina, and that's her very sound. she's a beauty, check her out, if you haven't alredy.

as for the theme you mention, dunno, i like it as it is, particularly the second part, with the syncoped resolution... a matter of taste i guess.

thanks a lot again, cheers
