please check out the video demos and my web site for presets - track chains for Reaper
and also Reason DAW combinators.
I have been working on Shoegazing and DreamPop sounds and the results are quite satisfying
Cheers,
Dimi
Hell yeah! You don't know how long I've been waiting for you to do these - love the Slowdive ones! Some are pretty damn close - well done! Now, if you'd move on to also doing some early/mid 80's-era Cocteau Twins as well (I'm talking Treasure, Victorialand, Blue Bell Knoll, and Heaven or Las Vegas), then I'd buy every one of your plugins. Twice.dimitar wrote:Hi guys, if you haven't seen the latest tones that I have been working on,

Even early 90's era Cocteau Twins:
That's brilliant news! The work Robin Guthrie did in Cocteau Twins on guitar, and Simon Raymond did on bass, is simply legendary. Any/all guitarists should study their work - especially early/mid 80's era. There was no other musician doing what they did back then, and many try to emulate these days. Youtube is literally covered with fan videos of people playing Cocteau songs.dimitar wrote: First thing tomorrow! Going to explore the videos and bands you suggested!![]()
Fantastic. He also used a 1959 Fender Jazzmaster on a lot of stuff. And for what its worth, Reason's own Polar is a fantastic harmonizer. Would make for some sweet Combi!dimitar wrote:Robin Guthrie
