BITWIG2.2.2

I can't access outside audio sources instruments or mic .I hear them through my DAW on my speakers and headphone.
The audio track or Master has no signal input indication . I have looked in the Manual and didn't find a clear explanation and online all references are to earlier additions not 2.2 which has a different interface ,that instruction is not adequate ,I have used other Daws and never had this problem .I need step by step instruction this has stopped me in my tracks(pun i)I don't have a device indicated on the input/output of the audio track and I have tried combining the available choices with no success. I can't introduce a signal into the DAW audio track that is my problem
4 days ago I installed Bitwig 2.2.2 on an HP Laptop 17 intel (R) core (TM) i5 7200 cpu
2.5GHZ 2.71 GHZ 8.00 GHZ( 7.88 useable) 64bitx64,My Novation Key launch 49 works I am
using a Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 I have a functioning controller can record midi and store it. The audio interface does not show outputs to my 6i6
