Polyphony causing clicks/pops, or something else?

Hey,
I am sampling a picked LP and whatever way I map it into samplers like Kontakt I am getting clicks/cracks but I can't find any explanation of it. I even tried making a Plogue instrument but it also makes the same problem as Kontakt.

So first I sampled all the notes, normalize the track to 95% then sliced out all the WAVs. Then I mapped all the note into Kontakt. There's 200 samples at about 200Mb all files.
I play every sample in Winamp and Audition and not even one WAV has a spike in it. It all sound fine.
But when I play a heavy guitar solo with chords I get crackles. This is in Kontakt.
But here's my point:
1. there's no clipping of any sample. All wave form is clean triangle shape and sounds good.
2. there's no DC offset in any WAV file.
3. in the beginning all WAV was normalised to 95% so all sample will be proportional level (each note with respect to each other).
4. when I play chords in Kontakt it is set to -6 db volume so no clipping of the instrument from playing too loud in the sampler.
5. even when I play the instrument at low volume and turn up my desktop speaker I still hear the click when several note plays together, but the kontakt and DAW volume level is low!

I can't understand why the notes don't want to work together. Any hint you suggest from here?
Am I missing something already?

Okay more information. I set the maximum voice from 40 to 80 to 120. Still does not fix the problem.
Sometimes the word Disk goes to white and then back to gray colour. I think this means Kontakt is loading sample from the hard disk? The click does not happen when the word disk turns to white but might happen a little bit after but unpredictable.

If I set the instrument mode from DFD to Sampler is still has the problem. Even if I set the instrument to Time machine it still has the problem. But Main CPU load on my computer is only 1-2% when I play my instrument. What is going on!

Next. If I close my instrument and load a huge DAW project 4 gb or 6gb samples in memory over many tracks I don't have any problem. Orchestra and pianos play beautifully and no crackle/pop. So I can only think that something about polyphony of a guitar is causing theproblem, but I don't know what...

Can you please give me a hit list of things that cause crackles in polyphony instruments, not caused by ASIO or slow computer?
How can I force all the samples to stay in memory and play smoothly? Maybe with constant 10-20 polyphony at the same time?

My instrument doesn't have release sample, but the samplershould just decay the sound natural when midi note is turned off. How do I check this idea isn't part of the problem?

I am sure this is a instrument problem not a Kontakt problem. For example I can load all Ivy Audio instruments and play as much as I like with no glitches or pops and many polyphony, and their libraries are very big. But what would cause a polyphony instrument to make clicks/spikes, also when my instrument is much smaller??!
Thank you for suggestions!
