Whens it coming? it seems to be taking a while, I am very interested in Ultra Focus form usbsounds but I think SS2 may be better, on the other hand if ss2 is not going to be out this month then I may just get Ultra Focus, and SS2 (if I do decide to get it) will have to wait, so whats the schedule?

Sonik Synth 2 will be out some time next month. We're still working on it but we'll have it done as soon as we can.
Ultra Focus looks interesting although I think it is more ultrafocused just on the synth anthology side. Sonik Synth 2 covers a wider scope of instruments and synth sounds together, plus it has more variety of synth anthology material. That said, UF still seems to be full of some interesting synth sounds. The ad makes you think it has all of those types of synthesis inside though which I think is misleading to be honest. However, even if you know that the whole thing is sample-based (like SS2 is), it is still 8 gigs of synth sounds with a lot of presets. Plus, I like the USB guys. One of the demonstrators was playing Supertramp tunes all day at NAMM. I naturally came over to say hello and play along. Plus they are distributed here by my long time friends at ILIO who also distribute Spectrasonics. So, I wish them all the best of luck!
Having said all that... Sonik Synth 2 is better.
Just kidding!
