User oscillator
The user oscillator section lets you load oscillator programs of your own creation.
The prologue offers an SDK (Software Development Kit) that allows developers to program, customize and extend the capabilities of the multi-engine and digital effects

This one is actually one of the more interesting analog synths in the past years

Does the all-analog sound survive the digital effects?
When I looked at it, I was wondering why it looked so unusual to me. Then I noticed the two wheels are not next to the keyboard. I think the first and last keys might take a hit occasionally, they are very exposed and the wooden side panels are rather slim.
All in all it seems a very interesting instrument, on the inside and outside, and not even expensive for what you get. Well done, Korg

It baffles me why a flagship synth has just one LFO, it's weird.
I also think the build quality looks a bit iffy given the premium price tag. The Reverb demo shows the rear connectors and it looks like it's Minilogue build quality, which was about 'sufficient'. The front panel looks just as plasticky as the other 'logues' too.
New filter is a massive improvement over the smaller 'logues' though, but it can't really have been any worse......
I think it should be closer to Deepmind money than REV2 money, although the digital side is interesting, and they have at least thrown some polyphony at it.
And seriously, how much would it add to bottom line to include a freakin' midi THRU

Agree on that. The price is really a big too high especially given fact it does only have 1 LFO. Maybe there are more LFO's in the modulation effects.
One would indeed be a bit limited, doesn't even seem to have a sine wave. The target selector is also a bit limited.
