FWIW, I've had both recently.

Machine Mk3 is great if you're using the Machine software.
If you're trying to use Machine Mk3 with Abletone Live, you lose some of the pad sensitivity and the integration is not as tight (certainly far better than nothing).

The same is true with Push, if you're using it with Ableton Live, the integration is fantastic.
If you're wanting to use Push with 3rd-party applications, you have to use a 3rd-party utility called "Shove".
Pretty cool... but not nearly as full-featured as when using Push with Live.

Both Push and Machine Mk3 are nice pieces of hardware.
I'd base your decision on which application you'll use more.
If you're using both on a constant basis, I'd consider getting both Push and Machine Mk3.

BTW, The audio interface in Machine Mk3 is... "serviceable".
If you're used to using super small ASIO buffer sizes (RME, MOTU, Lynx, etc...) for super low latency, you'll not be interested in the Mk3's audio interface. High one-way (playback) latency... let-alone round-trip.
I was disappointed in this aspect. Otherwise, the buttons/pads on Machine Mk3 are great.

Regarding the Browser, if you're using Komplete Kontrol application/plugin or Machine software, the browser is nice.
