launch loops single CC knob?

I want to activate loop clips in ableton by turning a knob. basicly my knob has 127 points, anyway when the CC is at 1 it launches loop 1, and when i turn slightly to 2 launches loop 2? instead of assigning each loop to a button.

I also have energyxt which i can use as utility.
any suggestions?
