I just bought this plug in, downloaded it and was not able to open it. The error message reads:
You can’t open the application “Hexeract Installer 1.0.3.exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS.
I hope there is a way around this, does anyone know to do it?? Thanks

Exe's are for Windows, try running pkg, in other words, download macOS installer.
This entire forum is wading through predictions, opinions, barely formed thoughts, drama, and whining. If you don't enjoy that, why are you here?

macOS is making the shift to 64-bit apps, I think this is the message that pops up when the apps are 32-bit.
These apps will still run at the moment, but become obsolete soon and won’t run on the Mac, most likely in the next version of macOS.
Most devs will end up upgrading their code to account for this, but be aware of small 3rd party app/plugin developers. It may take them a year or two to update their code... if the do at all!!

Oh my my mistake, how’d I miss the name of the file!!
EXE files will run on Windows systems only.
Mac installers will either be a .bundle, .dmg, or .app, even if they download as “zip” files initially.
I got confused with something else.
