probable bugs in Nuendo 8.2, replicate?

I would tend to think Cubase 9.5 latest is more/less same code but I wouldn't know. I'm using Nuendo for reasons...

BUT, here's the one that's really killing me in Nuendo since this update: deleting audio from the pool always gets me 'you can't trash it, it's in other pools, do you want to removed it from this pool?' And it just isn't.
So this wasted some time for me in a project where I generated quite a lot of audio.

This is not going to be me/my system in isolation I don't think.

Here's a feature/not a bug probably that's REALLY pissing me off, in the Tempo Track grabbing multiple time sigs in order to move them has lost the highlighting Cubendo has ALWAYS had, suddenly in this update; and I really need to see the things in order to have normal facility rather than, you know, thinking.
