It's excellent, the combo mode is so good for a tightened low end. Resonant high pass with a pultec style boost/cut - It's so simple and works so well, been using it a lot.

On a Boz note - Mongoose is on flash sale until june 7th - I just picked it up having demoed it a while back and again, another simple yet very effective tool, those two combined can really make a dramatic improvement to a mix without doing too much or sounding processed at all.

If you don't have anything similar, for $10 it's a an absolute deal. Being able to set the gain for the lows and highs and the width all in one plugin is so handy.

I now have this, mongoose and big clipper from Boz. I've got plenty of use out of big clipper and bark of dog and I imagine mongoose will get used every project now - really well thought out tools.

I just picked this one up and got the Mongoose for only 10 bucks. They sound awesome

I love plugins that do sweet stuff to my low end (OMG WTF did I just say there?!!)

I grabbed Mongoose as well, I have a few other plugins that do a similar thing, but Mongoose seems the most efficient on the cpu, and is quite nifty in its simplicity.

A no brainer for $10, seriously

Oh and yeah, BotD2 sounds great as well.

I totally missed seeing that last month Boz released Bark of Dog 3. Now with Apple Silicon support.
