Hi! I'm new of this forum...but I've got an issue with my movement (output) licenses.
I've installed (as the Knowledge Base) my original movement on my two Mac (one in the studio and one is the macbook for travel).
Now I've sold the macbook for a new one. Obviously I cleaned the hard disk to make it like new.
The problem is that on the new Mac book I can't install my movement, because during the authorization process, it says me that I've got the maximum numbers ol license for the plug (two). Haw can I solve this?
I've tried to look fro something in the web site....but nothing....can u help me please??? Thank in advance

Ask them to remove the license of the sold mac.

Is there a way to unregister a license from a computer, like with iLok ?

I've tried to look for exactly in the support page of output web....but nothing. Maybe the main solution could be to contact output team to uninstall movement from my Mac ( I mean the activation and not only the plugin), although it seems strange to me that there is only this kind of solution....

it would be nice if there was a possibility to uninstall directly from the mac as if it were an ilok!!!!
