Hello, I want to be able to make music with a very portable hardware, and I don’t have note knowledge. I was checking out;
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00B5S93OK/ref=dp_cerb_3
Korg Kaossilator Pro+ Dynamic Phrase Synthesizer and Loop Recorder
Is there a similar item which could allow me create drums, some samples, and a bit or a variety of lead sounds I could play and record?
I don’t have a computer, all I have is Ipad. I am open to any ideas even don’t completely fit what I asked.
Thanks

These days you can get everything done on the iPad (if you're creative enough) without any additional hardware.

Imho the iPad is as portable as it gets, and has lots of really useful music apps and some unique ones too. And it's battery powered so no need for an electricity connection (except when charging of course). Maybe an ultra-portable audio interface to go with it, like the korg plugkey or NI Traktor Audio 2. Otherwise maybe something like Teenage Engineering OP-1, but imho it's not even close in terms of versatility and capabilities.

I think the OP series from Teenage Engineering are quite portable.

If portability is the main criteria, nothing beats an iPhone...
I would go for an iPad mini though, only slightly bigger but way better to play and produce...
Combine it with a Seaboard Block to get a real touch...
Don't forget to throw some headphones in the bag...
Thats it!
