Just started a website that helps people start writing electronic music. So far All i have is a getting started chapter that tells the person to get some music making software and helps them write a simple song. It also discusses the pros and cons of diffrent software. If you would like to help please e-mail me thank you.

ps - soon I will be teaching them to use vsti's and vst's and i will tell them the best free vsti's for making diffrent kinds of sounds.

I want to recommend this as long as your work is in an early (flexible) stage:

Don't use Microsoft .DOC format. Not everyone has got M$ Office and images or complex designs inside word documents cannot be displayed using WordPad.

Acrobat would be nice since it can be previewed in browsers.
Or good old HTML...

Many people will not open your word documents since a number of baddies have shown how viruses can be embeded in Word documents so that by just opening one, a hacker can take over your computer.

Take a little more time and learn how to code html, otherwise most people will abandon your site as soon as they see that doc come up.

actually i do understand html quite well i was just to lazy to convert it. I guesse ill make it html.

I think it is great that you made this step to help the community with vsts. I started something similar. Maybe we can work together. Although, my articles are based on Madtracker. I have experience with free vst plugins. Maybe we can exchange ideas, suggestions
