How do you resize this within a DAW when I can't move my mouse over the resize icon? I can't also see the icon on my laptop as half the GUI fills my screen?? I also can't find an edge of the GUI to drag.

change your screen resolution then you can adjust avenger.
Then change your resolution back.

tried changing resolution did not work that was one of the first things i thought of doing
