Hi,

The Studio One Remote App. on my iPad 2 is not working with Studio One Pro 4 after I installed the new Studio One Remote via the ver. 1.3 Installer. I'm on PC, Windows 8.1 Pro.

I think the iPad 2 is still supported (Correct) ?

What could be the issue here ? any help would be appreciated.

I'm guessing the issue might be related to the iPad2 first generation that I'm using, maybe it is not supported, but the second and later generations are. Anyone know if this could be the reason ?

First generation iPads were 32 bit, while newer generations are 64 bit. Some newer apps only work on 64 bit iPads. That is probably the issue here.

I was wandering... what's the use case of these remote apps?
What can be done quicker on the ipad vs. keyboard/mouse?

This is one possible reason, but I'm not sure, I need to make sure this is the cause of the problem before buying a new iPad.
