Same as before

It's obsolete, I use a different DAW.

Give it to someone, leave it behind, throw away it somewhere, ignore it, don't know, it's entry version of old Protools that could be used with just serial number/without dongle, I really doubt anyone will pay ilok transfer fee or actually anything for it.

Yeah, I agree. I'll put it further back in the drawer. Someone might find a use for one day, maybe a paper weight.
The license is definitely Ilok.

Yeah, I got old Mbox that ships with LE version, didn't bothered installing it.

It still qualifies for upgrades and if you're a student it's only around 100$ for a permanent 2018 License, One year of support and including v10/11/12

Thanks for the info.
Unfortunately, I'm not in education, I wonder if they ever do sales?
Yes, the non educational version crossgrade would be $299 instead of $599, quite a saving.
Being tethered to hardware is it's downfall, the interface it came with isn't that great.
I took it to a pawnshop, they offered me $45 for the interface, installation media and Ilok, still boxed. It's not worth selling.

I considered plugging an external preamp into the Fast Track Pro's insert return, I'm not expecting much from the conversion. I currently use RME, I don't fancy downgrading.

The full version of PT is not tethered to hardware anymore...

Yes, I believe it changed with Pro Tools 10. The tethered comment was referring to MP9. I'm not sure about MP10.

No, it changed with PT9, that was the first version with ASIO/CoreAudio support. MP9 was a reduced-price alternative, I guess they thought it'd be a draw for M-Powered 8 upgraders.
