STEM recorder machine question

Dear nerds - if I print 24 multitrack realtime on a stem printing external computer in Pro Tools, and my main computer runs Cubase as the main DAW. Is it dangerous to assign the stem printing machine the master clock(connect the soundcard to it) will the quality suffer(under/oversampling)?

1) I am using Dante protocol
2) I dont have dante hardware only virtual soundcard, my soundcard is focusrite, but I want to send the audio through LAN cable
