Ableton used license limitations?

I’m probably about to be in the market for a used Live 9 license, which I would later upgrade to 10. I’m currently researching which version would better suit my needs (Standard or Suite). Are there any limitations to the software for the new owner of a used license? Or anything else I should be aware of, besides the usual “make sure your source is legit”? I’ve never bought a used license of anything, and didn’t even realize it was an option until yesterday.

There are no limits to a secondhand license. The transfer is done by Ableton and the new owner gets a new account & serial number.
