MIDI fails (with M-AUDIO Ozone) in Cubase SX 1.0

I'm using M-Audio's Ozone USB midi-keyboard and after playing for a while (not always) the MIDI in and OUT just disappears...

Some friends told me it could be that the USB were using the sam IRQ as other applications, but I checked it out and the USB has got it's own IRQ...

What to do?
