I was on the ProjectSAM website today and noticed this: https://projectsam.com/free-orchestra/

It looks like they will be taking selection of sounds from their commercial releases and make it available for free as part of a new offering called "Free Orchestra". It's supposed to come out in the next few weeks. They do note that it will require the full version of Kontakt.
