Primesounds site not working right- sounds not available?

So I just signed up for a Primesounds account, added some credit to my account, then tried to purchase samples from the Session Strings. But I can't audition them, as it says the file is not found. I've tried this in iTunes and Windows Media Player. Some of the sounds in other collections work, but not all. It seems to be that some are there and some not.

Does anyone else have this problem? Also, if I do add one of the sounds to my basket that it said it couldn't find, I can't download it either. It gives me an error message.

Can someone let me know if they are able to audition the Session Strings sounds? I really got my hopes up for this, but now I'm at a stand still.

I'm sorry if I seem impatient, but I'm frustrated at this. 38 people have looked at this post. Can someone PLEASE at least try to listen to an audition of a sound in the Session Strings series over at Primesounds.com? I do appreciate it. Or if anyone knows something I don't?

Hum-de-dum..........

Is anyone able to try to just audition a file over at Primesounds. It's amazing that this post has been viewed almost 60 times, but not answered at all. Yet a forum of someone leaving the forum and cussing 150 times every post get's over three pages in a day. If I'm being pushy, sorry, but I'm out of ideas. It seems like a ghost town here right now for me.

Thanks to anyone who helps me. If anyone is here from Primesounds, and answers, I will IMMEDIATELY add credits to my account as a show of gratitude. But if this isn't fixed, I probably won't add any. This isn't meant to be mean, just my only options. I'm sure SOMEONE is here. Anyway, I'll check back later. Thanks guys.

[edit] The stuff I tried before worked. HOW-EVVAH! I get the same error you did when trying to audition Session Strings. I'm guessing some files aren't where they ought to be on their server. Time to email 'em?

I have actually already sent them three e-mails already, one through their site and two directly. But I have had no answer so far. This is why I'm frustrated. There is still someone there to take my money off of my credit card, but nobody to help me when I can't use my credit.

I can get some sounds to work, and have bought a few even.

Also, I looked into the directory structure of the site and found the files used for auditioning the Session Strings. I did this using the address given in my media player for auditioning. But it's not in the place they should be. But the sounds that are to be bought are also moved, because I can't download them. It gives me an error every time.

So I'm stuck. They've got my money, but I'm not too happy at the time. I looked at this as a way of getting a good sample collection together until I finish recording the orchestral samples for my own products. This may be several months.

Does Primesounds have someone that comes to this site or any other music forum? If anyone sees someone on a forum, please pass me the link. Thanks for answering. Cheers!

Well crud. Hope it all gets cleared up quickly. I like the idea of the thing, and have enjoyed the balalaika prim and zjaleika samples I got there.
