i got a load of microsoft .net errors and a few other items 'installed' then install rolled back (on win10). but it kind of half - installed... uninstalled just to be on the safe side..
.. looked nice though...

This is my favorite reverb. I use it all the time!

Post

Jeez, this sounds terrible.
Why is there so much noise added?
and it's a bit of a cpu hog...??

I've never noticed it adding noise. High diffusion and mod settings give it a whooshy quality if that's what you are hearing. That quality is what I like about it! It is similar to Valhalla Shimmer in that respect.

Is it on par with commercial reverbs?

heya - developer here.

Just wanted to point out that there is a feature which indirectly adds white noise to the output, this happens if you set the Interpolation parameter to Off. This effectively means the sample "read head" jumps between samples, and does not interpolate between them when it's positioned half-way between two samples. This can produce quite a cool effect as it results in Noise being produced inside the feedback loop of the reverb tank, which can thicken up the sound and make it more "washy".

If you don't like it or it isn't applicable to your needs, turn Interpolation on :)

I'm getting a Gen:Variant.Razy virus alert when trying to install this from github ... ?!

I liked cloudseed. It quit working and could not get it to load.I uninstalled and downloaded v1.01.
When I tried to install Bitdefender would not install without disinfecting. After it will not install.
If I scan the .exe file it says it is clean. Not sure what is the answer.Would like to get it working, as it was being used in a couple projects.
