[Resolved] Cubase 9.5: Help with MIDI in activity notification

I know this is a simple fix so I'm going insane trying to diagnose the issue.

I have my Novation Launch Control connected to Cubase 9.5 (Win10) and I can see it in the Device Manager and MIDI Port Setup windows. I can also select it as a MIDI device on each track. However, any control on the Novation does literally nothing. I can't even see the MIDI in status light flashing.

The unit itself isn't an issue because it works like a charm in Ableton.
