I’ve had the Ensemble for well over 10 years. Would it be worth me upgrading to the Twin? I really don’t need all the inputs that the Ensemble has. Will I notice a significant increase in Audio quality? I do digital production and vocals. Thank you!

I'd say audio quality is about the same, marginal difference if any.
Apogee always squeezed out the max you can get from the analog signal path, which usually is a bottleneck apart from the AD/DA converter.
