i just made these tracks and i want to post them and share them on different forums, how do i make them playable in windows media player or in any of the players or how do i convert them to mp3

click file>render as> your options

when changing the type of file you want to render to, be sure to re adjust the bit rate.

You don't have to, put it at what ever you want. The lower the rate, the lower the quality. I guess that's obvious though. The lower the rate, the cappier the high ends and low ends.

You can also tag your tracks so that they'll show artist info and track titles.
