STAY AWAY from Captain Chords 2.0 / Mixed in key

Hi,

just purchased "Captain Chords 2.0" from Mixed in Key.

On the website they advertised the module "Captain Melody" to be included.
Only AFTER having purchased you find out that it is not included, but only in the BETA!
So I purchased a BETA at full price without knowing that.

Even better the BETA already throws an ERROR ON INSTALLATION, not working at all.

On top of that I went back to the previous version then. Installation works, but now
ACTIVATION fails. My activation code just throws an error.

So, 79 bucks, and I have NOTHING and can put efforts in claiming back the money.

So I think this company is playing completely unfair.
Asked for refunding my money. But what a mess.

So better stay away from them until they play fair and offer acceptable quality.

I can only recommend U-HE which are the complete opposite.
This is how support works.

Did you ask Mixed In Key for support resolving the problems? And what did they say about the inclusion of Captain Melody?

It started as a limited amount of modules and they have been developing extra modules.
The development on windows is a bit behind.

Beta still means beta. Just contact support.

Do still get Captain Melody 1.x? "Captain Plugins" has been out since 2017 and the Captain Melody beta is 2.0
