Waveform 8 Collective Content

I'm new to this program and have been having trouble downloading all the necessary files. I have the new version of Waveform 8 and have gotten the Collective download and have gotten Waveform to recognize it as a plugin. But when I go to add plugin's, add vst-collective it tells me "The Present instruments or Samples could not be found. Check if all are set to the correct folders in the Global menu". I see that I have a download for Collective Content v1.0.5 but it will not do anything when I click download. What am I doing wrong??

When you said you have a download for Collective Content v1.0.5, is this in your download folder or is it a button with that name?
If you open Waveform, click the Help button, and then select Check for updates, you'll get a list of downloads you can make. Click Download Again (or Download, if you haven't already) after Collective Content and that should get what you want. When you've it, you will get a .zip file with a name starting Collective-Content which you'll need to open up; I believe it'll contain a .exe file you'll need to extract and run. This will be different under MacOS or Linux.
