places for restoration and mastering of dialog?

out of curiosity, does anyone know of good places that offer major cleaning, fixing, eq'ing, and mastering of dialog tracks for film?...and how much the "reasonably priced" places are likely to ask for a 1 1/2 to 2 hour independant film?
