I have only recently moved up to FL 12,been using FL11 for a few years, there is one thing i cannot sort out and that is adding folders into the plug in data base Generators folder
Unlike FL 11 theres no Synths folder which branches off into various sub folders Subtractive,Additive etc so all the plugins end up in the same Generator folder

Example following a you tube tutorial I want to put in a folder my Korg vsts, the tutorial shows to open c:\programfiles(86),Imageline,FLstudio12,Data,Patches,Plugin Database,Generators, and make a new folder and name it Korg

The folder appears when i open plug in database ,so i click on KORG folder, load the Korg M1 up and add to plug in database and it doesnt get stored in the Korg folder only in Generators with all the other FL generators, the message is always "save as favourite"

Sorry for long post but this is driving me to distraction
Grateful for any help
Thanks

Have the browser open on the left side. Load up your M1. On the browser, make sure only the folder for the Korg is open/selected. Collapse all the others. Then click the down arrow on upper left of the Korg window, and select on the menu add as a favorite. It should now be in there.
