Hey folks, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with leasing beats to rappers/artists as well as sync licensing? I'd like to license some of my beats for both non-exclusive use to artists as well as sync license for youtube, film, retail etc.
Has anyone had any experience with this and are there any potential pitfalls to be aware of?
I would likely register any titles that I would use for sync with my PRO(SOCAN here in Canada).

I'd appreciate any advice/help anyone could offer.
