In this notation, each number is a note in the scale, each dot is a 16th rest, and each pipe symbol | separates groups of four 16th beats for readability. Read it like a sequencer would. The chorus goes like this.
...then immediately in a higher octave...
Then it repeats. Female singer. Almost certainly post 2010. I don't know exactly which year because I'm old.

I don't know what key it's in, so I'm resorting to relative pitch values. I forgot to mention it's a major scale. Ionian. Sorry about that.
1 is the root of the scale, 2 is the 2nd, 3 is the 3rd, and so on. So if it's the key of C, 1 would be C, 2 would be D, 3 would be E, and so on.
Is there an HTML5 staff editor somewhere that doesn't make me sign up? Like Desmos does for graphing calculators?
