Low end sampler needed

I need a very basic, low end hardware sampler like the SP-202 or Yamaha SU10, if possible even lower-end.

The only things it must have:
Min. 16khz sample rate
adjusting sample start and end position precisely (very important)
standard sampler features like e.g. pads

What it could have (not needed but welcome):
polyphony
portability / run on batteries

It needn't have:
internal sequencer
internal effects

And remember, the price is most important.
