Cubase 10- What did I do to my Timeline?

Clearly I was mashing some buttons, or flailing around with my mouse. I managed get my Arrangement Timeline to start at Bar -3 instead of Bar 1. Now, every time I push the beginning of the arrangement arrow on the transport, it starts at Bar -3. I have checked my Project Setup and Preferences and it still shows the Timeline range as Bar 1. What did I manage to do? How do I fix it? I just started a new Project, and sure enough it starts at Bar -3

Check the Project Setup in the Edit menu.
Using: Cubase Pro 15, Reason 13, Tascam US-4x4HR, MODX6, DM12D, LaunchKey 49, Yamaha guitar(Pacifica 612v) and bass (BB234) and some virtual instruments and synths.

Crazy part is I checked that, and Project Start was at 1:00. I solved this by trashing my Preferences Folder and let Cubase build a new one. I had to go back and re-enter some Preferences, but my timeline returned to normal behavior at least
