Aliens motion tracker sound

Anyone know how they made the motion tracker sound for the old aliens film? I want to re-create it or get something very close if it can be made with a synth? Not wanting to make the click, but the sound that comes in at 0:10



It was such a good film and remember being scared to death watching it as a kid

Its a perfect sound to tell them they're getting closer!!!
