Hi guys,

I just tried ordering this product from AudioDeluxe :

https://www.audiodeluxe.com/products/vi ... llection-7

1 hour ago it was on sale at $399 so I bought it.

I saw their website mentions I should wait for the licences, so I tried already to download the bundle from Arturia.
The issue is that on the Arturia website, the Collection cannot be downloaded ... so what ? AudioDeluxe is using a keygen ?

Then I checked this :
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.audiodeluxe.com

Okayyyyyyy, with those reviews and the feelings that the licence could be one not accepted by Arturia, I have already asked Paypal to reimburse me.

If AudioDeluxe contacts me, I will ask Arturia to confirm that the received licences are legit for receiving software support.

Having a useable licence is one thing, but I want to be sure I can also register the Collection.

I have seen roughly 50/50 of good/bad reviews from them.

PS : I might not be in the correct forum section

I have nothing bad to say about AudioDeluxe, they are my preferred online store for VST plugins. You have nothing to worry about. Sometimes when they might not have any serials in stock, they need to purchase new ones from the developer, so this might take up to a day.

I don't know where you read anything bad about AudioDeluxe, but I have purchased from them several times, and never had any problems. Every license I bought was legit and still work.

I looked at the link and I only saw three posts there (all bad) - it makes me wonder what the hell THAT site is. Just three reviews? Seriously?

Yeah, they're legit. I've bought from them too.

ok, reading your comments, I will probably let the order go with Paypal, or create a new order if the previous is cancelled.

But I will ask Arturia to crosscheck ( and I can expect that AudioDeluxe is used to have paranoid customers ... )

But the reason why I'm paranoid : few years back I was sold an educational licence of Cubase instead of a commercial one, and I only discovered when Steinberg told me ...

So yeah, nowadays I prefer to be sure.

it shouldn't be cancelled. Just wait. AD is a good shop. It just takes some time to get codes every now and then

OK guys, I'm trusting you so much that I have cancelled the dispute with Paypal already.

Now, while waiting for the licence, how and from where do I download the 4 gig of binaries already ? no, clue ... :help:

Arturia has a multi installer. You can use that. Quite handy to be honest

Audiodeluxe are fine and reputable bought plenty of plugs off them in the past year & never had a problem

Been using AD for years. Sometimes takes a while for serial to be delivered. All good.

Take a chill pill, Audiodeluxe don't hold license keys, they have to be supplied by the software company. The longest time I've ever waited is 24 hours. I've been buying from Audiodeluxe for many years. Relax, you're good :D

You don't. You download the Arturia Software Center (https://www.arturia.com/faq/arturiasoftwarecenter/) install it, launch it, and start from there.

I have bought various products from Audio Deluxe for 6+ years,I've never had a problem.
FWIW this includes a 49 key Arturia Keyboard.
Occasionally you have to wait a bit for a serial # but they are honest, responsive and they have great prices on products.
