No idea but if you have the sounds then it is pretty simple.

Tip, while it is great to be inspired by, is s not a good plan to try to copy or clone as this track is already out there. Same with Sample & Library in general. Do something unique, which may involve calling in specialists (Bowie did it so it is ok for you).
