Hey does anyone know what is used for the synth sound in this song? and the keys?

It's a JP-8000 supersaw combined with the vibrato effect from CS1x.

Not sure which sound is meant though. The sequence, or the (pretty silent) "pad" in the background.

The sequence is a pretty simple one oscillator sawtooth patch, with short filter decay, probably 12 dB low pass filter, and a short delay. The pad is covered well in that video.

I think the arpegg'ish - sound is meant. As you said, that one is not a supersaw.
