Hi, I'm looking for plugin which could read audio on input and slow it down in "real time". I'm specifically looking for conventional slow down, which both slows down and pitch shifts as a result of slowed down playback (so no talking about pitch shifter effect). Real time is little loose term here, since if you play back samples twice slower than reading you have to always buffer some data for later use. Obviously the buffer would fill sooner or later depending on how much data we have to postpone in it but it's ok since I want it just for live rehearsal of slowed down samples. I understand that requirements are quiet specific and I have already developed working solution in python by using downsampling and putting data in wait queue but before going wild with vst programming I wanted to see if there is something similar already existing.

Nevermind my answer.
Seems to be only a dll with no mention if it is 32 or 64bit.

A bit late to the thread, but checkout SpeedShift Slowdown. You can do a realtime slowdown in your DAW of choice.
