Just installed the T7 version, the interface isn't too hard to understand but I'm having trouble with highlighting certain parts of my audio/beat. I try to left click and drag (that's how I always did it in my previous DAWs) but it doesn't highlight the track. Could anyone let me know how to do this?

Hi. There's a forum specifically for Tracktion and Waveform, here: viewforum.php?f=22
If you want to highlight an entire track, click on the input area to the left of the track. If you want to move or stretch a track or clip, you can highlight the track or the clip and then move it or stretch is via the "handles" at the top or the top bar of the clip. There are many helpful videos listed on the Tracktion website under the Training menu (https://www.tracktion.com/training/videos) and here:
Often the videos for older versions are still applicable to newer versions and so may not have been remade. Some videos were done on Mac, so if you have a PC, you need to assume Ctrl wherever Command is mentioned in a key combination.
