I use moscilator which play a sine tone G2. this i distort with VST bias amp british Lead 800 preset and i disable Cabinet emulation. Now i send this output to the Marshall guitar Combo amp FX return. so no preamp or EQ of the AMP is use. and Power amp as can see do no clipping. I record the output with a measure microphone at distance of 2 cm away. the recorded wave is screenshot microphone speaker record. the microphone record sound good as a real marshall amp(when record guitar). but the di record with cabinet emulation sound not so good.
FOr DI record i use for this distortet output the cabinet emulation of marshall . the result is very diffrent. when i reduce gain in bias amp, then of course on DI record and microphone record output is same. the higher the distortion the more diffrence is between cabinet emulation and real cabinet microphone record.
it looks for me that the strong attack create in the speaker membrane some additional movement. or how else can explain the results ?

The tests are done with 88.2 khz sample rate and 24 bit. the microphone record is done around 85 db(middle loud). I use soft mousepads under the microphone stative. because first i think the microphone do vibrations. but it do not. I use a small camerastativ too(with adpaters to hold microphone) and results are the same.
for effect developer too. What can do so direct distortion records sound not so worse in compare to microphone records ?

I didn't try the Neural DSP plugins so I can't comment on them, but I tried every other amp/cabinet simulator on the market.
In my experience, the only plugin that comes close to what a real speaker should sound like (I'm a guitar player) - is Kazrog Recabinet. Not perfect, but pretty pretty good (like 66% there). Many amp sims do a good job, but we're talking about speaker behavior here.
You can also give XLN Audio RC-20 a try, one of the distortions is a model of "air pressure." This could probably give you a good result, coupled with additional room ambience reverb / transient shaping / compression.
